Merchandise Availability
All orders of in stock merchandise placed Tuesday-Friday before 4 PM ET will ship the next business day. All orders placed Saturday-Monday will ship on Tuesday. If an item is out of stock you will be notified within 24 hours.
The Lucy's Guarantee
If your order fails to meet your expectations for any reason, please call us to receive a return authorization. You may return the merchandise, excluding personalized, clearance, and special order items, within 15 days of purchase for exchange or merchandise credit only. Merchandise must be in unused condition, in the original gift box, and accompanied by a copy of sales or gift receipt. The purchaser is responsible for return shipping charges and insurance for the items full value. Your return must also be properly packaged to avoid damage.
Shipping Errors and Damages
Please call Lucy's immediately at 1-270-781-2008 or email info@lucysfinegifts.com if your order arrives damaged. Make sure to save the original shipping box and packing materials in which your purchase arrived. If package looks damaged, do not accept delivery. We cannot assume responsibility for damaged goods after 3 days of the receipt of the goods.
Gifts
We will ship your gift/gifts directly to the recipient with a gift message enclosed and complimentary gift wrap. All local gifts can also be delivered at no extra cost. Any items available on our website can also be ordered via phone. Please feel free to call our store at 1-270-781-2008, Tuesday-Saturday from 10:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m CST
Grammatical Errors
Lucy's is not responsible for any grammatical errors on prices listed on the online store. If an item is sold at an incorrect price, Lucy's will offer the customer a full refund on the purchased item.
